Samsung Galaxy Note Edge — help, no network

I have a rooted device that lost network access, so I downloaded the efs tool but I don't know how to use the tool, lol, feel like a tool

First check to see if any data is missing - don't fool around with system things if they're not broken. Then make sure that your SIM card is good (put it into another phone) and that your phone's SIM port is good (put a working SIM card into it).
