Samsung Galaxy Note II GT7100

Hi,

My Note 2 device is not getting start and it stuck with the Samsung logo screen.

At the repair center people told me that I have to replace the motherboard to run my phone again. But I am not sure if it is correct. Just fyi.. My phone was encrypted before and I have to enter the password every time I reboot the device. But one day it didn't reboot and stuck with the Samsung logo screen.

I decided to do the hard reset to erase everything by wiping data/factory reset option. Before this I did wipe cache partition as well. But what I could see on my screen is in red font as mentioned below. I don't understand the meaning for such text.

these are the text lines with multiple times.:
E: failed to mount /cache (No such file or directory)
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_recovery
E: failed to mount /cache (No such file or directory)
E: Can't mount /data (No such file or directory)
E: Can't mount /data/recovery_log.text
E: failed to mount /system (No such file or directory)

I also tried to install the fresh rom via Odin 3 and it gets failed with the below message.
I am flashing with this file N7100XXUFNL1_N7100ODDFNI1_N7100DDUFND1_HOME.tar.md5
