Samsung Galaxy Note4, stops responding , loaded factory settings, still problem persist

Hello,
My note4 worked ok, suddenly stops responding. I have loaded the factory settings but still problems that it hangs. Some one with an idea ?
Is there a place where a logfile is created ?
In wich directory ?

You could try LogCat Reader, bit I doubt that the entries would mean anything to you.

Try clearing the cache (in Recovery). If that doesn't work, you may have to back everything up (if it isn't already - it always should be) and flash the factory firmware (see [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN).

Also, by now the battery may be gone.
