Samsung Galaxy Phones Sharing Contact List Without Permission

Ok, this is weird. My mom and I both have Samsung Galaxies, she has S6 and I have S7. Not sure how or why, but once in a while I'll get her entire contact list embedded into mine. I have to manually delete all her contacts. It also has her name as my profile but shows my picture, and every so often I get her email address showing up in Smartlock. I don't know how to fix this, and I have yet to find anyone with a similar problem.
