So I called my sister phone and put my phone together with hers and put it on speaker and it both started making weird noises when I talked into it why is that? And could you potentially break your phone by doing that or is it fine because I don't want my phone to break thankyou .

So I've been thinking about restricting backround data on my Samsung grand prime but does it mess up anything I heard it saves battery on your phone is that true? Could you guys specify what it does and tell me if it saves battery thankyou and should I turn it on or leave it off

Guys I've been using this sunglasses lens cleaner to clean my phone screen / camera I'm wondering is it safe to use that and am I still able to use it ? It's a sunglasses lens cleaner and it comes with a spray and a cloth and i spray the spray on my phone and camera and wipe it could you guys tell me if its same to use ?

So my Samsung grand prime has been dying quite fast lately I've been using it at 3:04 pm on 97% and by 3:49-3:50pm it was on 91%-90% and I didn't even do much stuff I just went on the Internet and in the setting and on some built in phone apps from my carrier and the battery just goes down could you guys tell me if its going down normal or if its going down to fast thanks

You can use it as much as you want. It's not going to damage your phone.

No apologies. You can post multiple questions per thread if you would like. I'd suggest checking out the sub forum for the device you have.

Guys is it safe to wipe the front call speaker on ur phone with a micro fiber towl to clean it or could you damage it ? ( cleaning it with no liquid)

And are you able to clean it with liquid and a micro fiber towl or does it screw up your phone

If those don't work how do you clean the call speaker on ur phone so u don't mess it up or damage it

The phone is a Samsung grand prime

So if you have it on never does that mean the WiFi will turn off when you turn your screen off?

Ty man

Re: cleaning your phone front phone speaker for calling

I would spray some compressed air into the speaker grille

Re: will the Samsung grand prime get the marshmallow update

It may. I haven't heard anything about it though. Maybe see if you can contact Samsung directly about it?

Re: will the Samsung grand prime get the marshmallow update

I'd be shocked. Certainly not anytime soon. There are no plans announced to upgrade their flagships (Note 5, G6 etc) so the chance of them upgrading an also-ran seems unlikely..

So the craziest thing happened today or went onto my usage to check my battery and I notice Facebook messenger used 14% of my battery and I never even used the app This is crazy ! Does anyone know what the issue is I've never experienced this! I have never even opened the Facebook messenger app today and I didn't receive any messages from someone on it could you guys tell me the issue my battery died so quick because this app and I have no clue how :(

Here it is more in depth

Guys is this a normal battery drain or is it plummeting to quick tell me what your opinion is ill post a picture host good is my battery

Re: Samsung grand prime device dying fast help !

And one last question and I'll stop bothering you. " Should I turn this on"? (picture)

Not a bad idea. It sounds like this feature will let you know if an app update wants more permissions, which is always good to know.

Re: I have 2 questions about " Smart Manager"

I'd just stick with cleaning the "Unnecessary Data" using the Smart Manager. Avoid cleaning "User Data," since you might end up losing some data you wanted to keep. Cleaning the Unnecessary Data doesn't hurt, but it also probably won't make a huge impact unless you're constantly getting low storage space warnings. The cached data that makes up the bulk of the Unnecessary Data can be of benefit to the apps you're using, because apps will temporarily store data in the cache to be accessed quickly later on, so it can actually make the app run a bit more quickly and efficiently.

So the bottom line is that if you're not having any problems with your phone's performance, leave it alone.

Re: is this normal usage battery drainer been using since this morning

Hi, we would need to see how long each app is running for by clicking into them - Messenger taking up 14% - how long have you had it open for?
