Samsung galaxy s 4g (roms)

Ok I have T-Mobile Galaxy S 4G which is rooted and I have tried only two different ROMS. Now I was wondering if there is a way to go back to the original ROM other than paying T-Mobile techs do it?

yes you can but you need to use odin to do that
and what version of stock do you want to go to foyo 2.2.1 or gingerbread 2.3.4 and 2.3.6

can you help me go from gingerbread 2.3.6 to at least honeycomb?

there is no honeycomb for the sgs4g theres ics and jellybean gingerbread and froyo you choose
