Hi, I have a problem with my phone. I recently downloaded a game and while i was playing the game i noticed that the screen was changing like the screen looked distorted i immediately tried to hit the home screen button to get out of the game and that worked but then the screen went black. i do see tiny micro specs of colors on the black screen and I could here my text message notification and I tried the hard reset and that didn't work either. Any suggestions??

Rebooting into recovery may be the only thing to try next...

One of the options is to do a factory reset. I would try that.

Yes, I took the battery out and put it back on and tried to restart the phone but I guess I couldn't go through with the hard reset due to the black screen. So no, didn't do the hard reset due to the black screen. I'm able to hear the start up sound when I turned the phone on but there's nothing shown on the screen.
