I had very serious inconvenient problems when using Samsung keyboard for writing messages.
I did a search on the net and saw it is a very easy process to install Gboard and since then I have zero problems.
Gboard has a personal dictionary unlike Samsung.
Have a nice safe day wherever you are.

Never tried a Black Berry keyboard.
G Board is perfect for me.
I also uninstalled Samsung Clock and installed Google Clock.
I'm trying to find a way to uninstall some Samsung Apps and also Microsoft Apps. If anyone has any suggestions to uninstall them safely please let me know. I have disabled a lot of Apps I don't use.

I alternate between Samsung keyboard, Gboard, and Microsoft SwiftKey.

The only Blackberry keyboard I ever used was the chiclet physical keyboard on the 9000 and 9700. I never had a Blackberry 10 or Blackberry Android phone.

Installed Gboard yesterday. So far so good. What i miss on the BB key was the swipe left to delete a word. Have not have a BB Android for years and i find myself now and aging swiping left...

I'm still using the BlackBerry keyboard on my S24+. It's the word-flick feature that keeps me with it.

I'll use it for as long as I can. But I do know that one day an Android update will kill it, since BlackBerry hasn't updated the app in years.

I'll probably drop back to SwiftKey at that point - only it'll go back to the word suggestion bar above the keyboard.

I never did care for the stock Samsung keyboard. I even tried it with this new phone, but it just felt like it kept getting in my way for some reason.

I didn't go with Swiftkey do to the ads. I had the BB keyboard on my S21+ as well, but as you said no update in a long time and did not want it on my S24 plus.

In the play store. Swiftykey Contains ads. Is what the app states. Which is way i went with GBoard instead.
