I have been in contact with Samsung Australia requesting the date the new Samsung S25+ will be available for sale.
They wrote back and informed there is no information when the Samsung Galaxy S25 models will be released.
I'm visiting Darwin for 6 days in early April and will check to see the differences between Samsung phones being bought in Australia and Hong Kong. Hong Kong for security reasons have blocked eSim. The phone I have works very well but has an overwhelming amount of Bloatware Apps that can't be uninstalled. There are 30 Bloatware Apps in Galaxy store which I have selected not to update.
