SAMSUNG GALAXY S3... Cannot get my atnt galaxy to enter recovery or boot mode at startup

I have tried to hard reset the phone many times using the key combination home+power+volume up. And home volume down and power for boot. I am lost as to what to do now. i am completely locked out of phone. Is there any other way at all or does anyone know of a password recovery program that can be recommended in case i can get it to boot. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
