A few weeks ago, I dropped and smashed my phone. Up until I took it to get repaired, the photos were of THIS quality despite the condition of the screen. The accident did not seem to affect camera quality:

Since, the images have been like this:

They're so so bright and fuzzy! The camera can't deal with anything that's too light, because it just whitewashes the photo. For example I used to be able to get really clear images of the telly but now it's just a fluro blur unless I zoom right in. None of the settings on my phone have been changed.
When I brought this up with the repair shop, they insisted that the back camera would never have been touched during the repair and that it may be software related. My software is up to date (as far as I am aware).
Is this just a settings issue I can resolve myself but adjusting something? Or is it something that will need to be fixed?
Any help would be very much appreciated. The degradation of what was a really good camera is a bit upsetting really.
Thank you!!
