Samsung Galaxy S3 mini battery issue HElP

Hi i have a samsung s3 mini and i have had it for over a year now. My issue is that the battery when it is down to the last 15% the phone keeps on restarting on its own. It has never had any battery issues before and when im using wifi the battery drains faster than it used to. Yesterday the phone started restarting itself when the battery was 57% . if i plug in to charge it is fine after i take it off of it it does this.

Perhaps have the battery tested, and replaced if necessary?
