I drop my phone and the screen had a little bug at the side like a glitched screen then it decided not to be touch screen anymore and then the screen glitch started to spread and now half of my screen is like this blurr and my screen is no long touch screen HELP PLEASE!

Sounds like you need a new screen and digitizer. Plenty of videos on youtube on how to replace it. You can find digitizer replacements on Amazon or eBay. Good luck!!
