I drop my phone and the screen had a little bug at the side like a glitched screen then it decided not to be touch screen anymore and then the screen glitch started to spread and now half of my screen is like this blurr and my screen is no long touch screen HELP PLEASE!

It appears that the digitizer is broken as a result of the drop. You need to send it for repair or replacement - contact Samsung or check with your carrier if the device is insured.
