AC Question

My boyfriend's Samsung Galaxy s3 was not dropped, nor touched water. He was scrolling through facebook, sat it down for a few minutes, went to open a text message, and the touch screen was un-responsive. The two buttons at the bottom are working, though. The menu key and the back button still work when you touch them. Everything on the screen is still crystal clear, other clickable buttons work perfectly, sound still works, just the touch screen!!

We did a hard restart, still, nothing. Is there anything else we can try before having to spend $$$?

Welcome to the forums. I would try to reboot in recovery, and clear the system cache. Here is how: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...ing-into-recovery-mode-galaxy-s2-s3-tab2.html
