Samsung Galaxy S3 - Where is Contacts Stored?

I found a few instances where this has been asked before, but the question is still not answered in my case.

I copied everything to the PC from the S3 using USB Before Resetting Phone.

All syncing through Google, and Gmail are and was unchecked when I set the phone up in the beginning. I do this because I always wind up having to clean out a ton of double and sometimes triple entries of all my contacts, coming in from everywhere.

So, there are no backups anywhere other than this.
No Google, No Gmail, No Samsung. The phone is wiped completely and everything back to factory settings as soon as I copied everything to the pc.

So, my only hope is in that pc backup. I have also seen references saying to go to the contacts in the phone and click on the "Menu" for import and export" but there is no "Menu" to be found.
It is an Un-Rooted Samsung Galaxy S3, US Cellular. Software version 4.3.

There should be some menu /settings in the contacts app itself. Some just have the three dots in top right corner...
