Samsung Galaxy S3 - Yellow Triangle of Doom

My rooted Galaxy S3 was trucking along just fine, then I stupidly accepted an OTA update. Now when I try to boot into recovery, I'm getting the yellow triangle of doom, along with text in the upper right hand corner that says 'Secure Fail: Kernel'. What (if any) are my options?

Edit 1: I can get into Odin mode! (Home button, volume down, power - wait for it to vibrate once, release power but keep holding the other two buttons.)

Edit 2: Flashed the VRBLK_3 bootchain, and it got me up and running again.

You could flash the un-rooted rom and update to latest version and then root with http://droidviews.com/2013/root-and...erizon-galaxy-s3-sch-i535-android-4-1-14-1-2/ by using method 3
