[AC Question]

I have these strange blue lines on my phone camera - only when taking pictures (not selfies). I have cleaned the lens - to no avail. It started happening after I removed my battery to reset the phone. Anyone else had the issue?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that you rebooted your phone, or actually did a full factory data reset (which wipes it)?

I just removed the battery before.

I tried the Recovery process and cleared the cache - no luck. Here is what I get:

Next step might be a factory data reset, which is a hassle because it will wipe your phone. If those lines persist, it's probably a hardware defect.
