Samsung Galaxy S4 - 4.3 UI Changes?

Can anyone who's updated to 4.3 comment or post pictures on any UI changes that came with it?

I thought i remember seeing a picture with a black dialer, and had comments on contacts being changed to black as well. those are 2 of the things i've really been wanting.

If you want that then you can use a non - stock dialer and contacts app. I don't see those options in 4.3.

I finally found the article. It was on SamMobile.

Samsung releases official Android 4.3 update for Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) | SamMobile

You can see in the 4th row of pictures at the bottom and last one on the right it shows a black phone dialer for samsung's touchwiz 4.3 on a galaxy S4.

From what I know the dark dialer theme is for unlocked/international S4s. It's not a 4.3 feature.
