Samsung Galaxy S4 Active stuck in bootloop

After trying to remove some bloatware from my brothers S4, it can't start. Freezes on boot and can't get my PC to recognize it.

Please help!

Try removing the battery and waiting about a minute before turning phone back on. If that doesn't work, try booting in recovery (press volume and power button at same time). Then wipe cache partition from within recovery and reboot the phone.
