Samsung Galaxy S4 - Defaults won't stick

I have Skype installed so my phone asks me which app to use for a phone call. I select the phone and touch Always. Then, a day or so later, when I go to make a call, It prompts me again. And I do the same thing. And so on. Very frustrating. Any ideas??

Have you gone into Settings/Apps and found the Skype app then make sure you clear defaults on the app. See if that helps.
