yes unlocked bootloader. This would be more of a solid choice for those paying full price to keep unlimited, than those willing to get it at upgrade price.

It will be the same as the one you get from the carriers just with the bootloader unlocked. So yes it will have bloat and no you won't be able to uninstall it.

Not unless it is the Verizon version
