Samsung Galaxy S4 - email folders name changes from original name to null/original name

My work Samsung Galaxy S4 runs secure apps using Mobileiron. Sometimes a few of my folders in email (we use outlook) change form the original folder name to null/original name.
Why and how can I stop it happening?

The folder name comes from the server - talk to the Outlook admin.

OK, I'll try that.
The file name only changes when I try to move an email from the inbox into the folder.
