Well worth the wait. This phone is fast, the screen is wonderful and battery life is very good. You can root it and do what you want. Before someone jumps in, I am fully aware that the same can be done with a branded phone, but this starts out very clean.

Thanks for the update. I have been surprised at the lack of comments or feedback. Most posts have been asking how do stuff on it etc. Maybe you could start a thread on who has the Google edition S4 and thoughts about it? Any comparisons to the Nexus 4 or S4 would be cool. I will contribute once I get mine but that will be a few weeks as vacations plans right as the GE was shipping...

If I have time, I will try to start a thread. As an example of the speed of the phone, my Antutu benchmark test have consistently been around 25500. Last test done this morning is 25541. Pretty FAST and responsive.
