samsung galaxy s4 help

Hello all i have one problem i have samsung galaxy s4 and dissapear mine call options i mean when i try to call someone from phone dont appear me now the ''complete action with skype or viber etc always or just once''.....but i try from s voice tell call and there appear..i went settings>manage application>all>viber,skyper,phone>''clear defaul'' was grey nothing....tried unistall,install nothing too....last i tried make reset factory settings nothing happen...its bug?Enyone else have the same problem?

Go into your app drawer, tap and hold on the phone dialer and drag it onto the home screen. Select your new shortcut and choose "always" when prompted.

Check AT&T Message app latest vers. 2.... not 1.0.0... showing in Google Play Store..
