Samsung Galaxy S4 is on charge but stays at 0%
Hey guys, am new to this so bear with me. Last night my phone died and I put it on charge the battery symbol and charge sign came up so the battery was charging but it did not charge it started at 1% and then stayed at 1% for a while then went down to 0% and now it just stays at 0%. Any idea what I need to do, is the battery completely gone?
