I was hoping someone could help.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini. I was listening to music etc then suddely the music stopped and everything froze. I couldn't even turn the phone off. So I pulled the battery out and put I back in (this usually works when this happens). But then the phone wouldn't turn on at all. I tried putting it on charge. Nothing happened, the charging icon didn't even show. I've tried holding down the power, home and volume button and nothing happened. The phone and battery didn't feel very hot either and it was working perfectly fine until it suddenly froze. I checked and the battery was made on Feb 2nd, 2014. Please help me! Will leave on charge overnight.

I recommend swapping battery if you have a spare you can briefly borrow to see whether the issue can be replicated.

It needs to be taken to the repair guy, he is the only one that can fix it. It is beyond the repair.Though before handing over it to the repair guy make sure that it is not beyond economical repair, as in such cases normally the repair cost is quite high as compared to its worth, especially for the older phones.
