I hope someone can help me.
I just got a Samsung galaxy S4 mini from a relative and ever since I got it every 5 min I get a security notice saying "unauthorised access to a secured area..."
I have tried to update the security policy but it keeps on telling me that the latest version is already installed.
Can anyone recommend a solution

Did the relative remove their account from the phone and factory reset it?
