Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini SGH-I257M - How to enable AWS connection to work with WIND CANADA

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini SGH-I257M, but I can't use it with WIND.
I didn't find a solution on the blog, so I'm here asking for one.
Is it possible and how to enable AWS connection in order to work with WIND CANADA?
