Samsung Galaxy S4/S5 camera on Nexus 5

Is there anyway to get the features of the Samsung GS4/5 on the Nexus 5? The nexus 5 camera doesnt have the beat features. Just wondering if there was an app that adds features.

That app is packed to the gills with features.... kind of overkill.

The feature where you take a picture and can edit it so just one thing keeps moving. My buddy took a picture of his kid jumping from a waterfall and he made it so his was was stopped in the air and the water in the background was still moving
