Samsung Galaxy s4 straight talk help. Phone blocked from network use

So here is my situation. I bought an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 off of ebay less then a month ago. I also purchase a brand new sim chip from straight talk and I activated everything. Everything was working fine at first. About 3 or 4 days went by and I wasn't able to make any calls or text. When I tried to make a call I got an error saying that this phone has been blocked from network use. The first time this happen, I just called straight talk and they took care of. I thought the problem was resolved, but apparently it was not. Today on 11/16/13 I got the same problem happening again. I tried to call straight talk but everything is correct on their side so what is going on? Is this phone blocked because it's stolen or something? If it is blocked is there a way around it? If not can I get my money back from ebay or something? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

Thanks for your quick reply. I typed in my imei on the U.S blacklist and it says its stolen. Where do I go from here? Do I go to an Att store and get get something in writing that it was stolen and take it to the police or what? Thank you again for your help with this

File a claim with EBay and or Paypal. I don't know who sold you the phone but either make sure he/she has an excellent feedback history or buy from Buy and Sell Used Mobile Phones and Tablets > Swappa

I am looking at switching from MetroPCS (in Miami) to ST. I am on the road a lot (now in NC working) and want ST (AT&T) 4G LTE but need service in Miami for 2 other phones..
I got a ST 3G/Verizon phone from the ST website (ZTE Majesty) and it is ok but not as good as my GS3.
I thought about buying something off of Craiglist here in Raleigh,NC but even before I do I would want the IMEI/ESN to do a check online to see if it is stolen/lost/black listed because I want to go to a Galaxy S4 4G LTE (on AT&T)
All I can say is this, get the IMEI/ESN/serial# of any phone you are going to buy from someone/somewhere if it is NOT a new phone, and check it out.
File a complaint with eBay/Paypal that you were sold a stolen cell phone. This is regardless if the seller has a 99.9% rating, that person could have gotten it thru buy/trade and re-resold it.
