Samsung Galaxy S4 Unresponsive Screen

I've ran into some trouble and I don't know what to do. I have dropped my Samsung Galaxy S4 on hardwood floor by accident and since then, the phones touch screen has been bugging out. There are no cracks or anything on the screen but I'm guessing that it is something internally that is loose or broken. For example, the screen turns on, it boots up fine, it's just that the screen doesn't respond regularly when I try to use it. The back button or menu button doesn't work either occasionally. I could really use some help because getting a new phone is financially out of my reach and I could try to fix it myself but I would need some recommendations or some help because around my house, I was told that repairs for this type of problem cost around $150- $300 which is ridiculous. It's looks like you have problem with touch screen, even if you can't see any scratches or broken glass.
