Samsung Galaxy S5 Internal Problem

Good day! I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 16GB. And I am experiencing these issues:

1. No SIM Card Detected
2. No Loudspeaker / Earpiece Sound
3. No Option / Menu Button Light (but Back Button has)
4. Screen Burn-ins

May I get opinions from the experts. I want my phone back. Thank you!

Since you are experiencing numerous, seemingly unrelated, issues, I would suggest downloading the stock firmware for your model of Galaxy S5, CSC and Product codes and flash it by following the instructions and video in the links of #1.11 of 41 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide. If the problem still persists, then it is likely to be hardware related and require a visit to your carrier or Samsung Service Point.
