A
Android Central Question
Hi, I noticed on my Samsung Galaxy S5 lately, some apps I installed months ago or a few weeks ago, just suddenly download from the Google Playstore and install again?
I have auto update turned off in the playstore and everywhere else since my data bundle is kinda small, but these apps somehow decided to download the latest version from the playstore and install. This only happened to a few apps this last 2 weeks and only to apps I still have on my phone. None of the affected apps lost any data or anything. It is apps like "AZ Screen Recorder", Angry Birds Space game, 2 others games and a screenshare app.
I have a antivirus installed and so far never encountered any viruses.
So my question is why does some apps just decide to "update" without permission?
