Samsung galaxy s5 SM-G900T1 retail mode help

[AC Question]

My phone is in retail mode and I can't find a way the restore it back to normal. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you press the Home or Back button? If you can get back to the homescreen, go to the App Manager, select Retail Mode, and see if you can uninstall it. If you can't, hopefully you can disable it.

It's puzzling that you'd have Retail Mode on your phone. Did you get a floor model?

Yes I have tried that and it doesn't work. I have tried factory restoring it two different way and that won't work. Also, if it is a floor model do u think I ca still use it? Thanks

How did you get the phone? Did you buy it new from a wireless phone store, or did you buy it used? If you got it from a store, I'd take it back to them and ask them why it has Retail Mode. I don't have an S5, but I would guess that any phone sold to a consumer shouldn't have that on there.
