Samsung Galaxy S6 locked out, how can I get into my phone?

smasung galaxy s6 locked out

my girlfriends galaxy s6 is locked out but not connected to internet, cant remember her password and it isnt recognising fingerprint, it then gives option to enter gmail account to unlock but the phone isnt connected to internet, she doesnt want to reset phone cause she will loose photos, is there any way to sort this without factory reset??? thanks in advance..

You don't need Internet connection to sign in with the Google account it just checks to see if it the same as the one on the device so no one is stealing it. Sign in with the account on the phone and you can reset the password
