Samsung galaxy s6 unlocked , having issues

I'm having a problem with my galaxy S6, the Dialpad isn't working during a phone call.

For example, when I call to someone else customer service number ask me to press 1 or 2 for the extension but when I press the number it does not respond and same with the voicemail.

My Phone is Unlocked .
