Samsung galaxy s7 edge keyboard issue

My keyboard appears to be having a few issues. There is often a lag when pressing buttons - either it doesn't register ive pressed it for a good 10 seconds or ill be typing a word and it will freeze mid word. Leaving whatever button pressed larger on the screen. Going from letters to symbols is the same. 10+ second lag there. When i close a message or app with keyboard the app will close, keyboard remains in screen. Sometimes up to 30seconds. Also the back button - not in keyboard doesn't register its been pressed. Also taking up to 30 seconds to go back a page ect. This has been a issue since the last update. I have done a factory reset, issue still remains.

Open the keyboard app itself and wipe its cache and force stop it.. If that still doesn't work, dial *#0*# to get into the service menu and test the digitiser function there. If it fails the test, take it to a repair shop.

It's kind of a bummer that Verizon has disabled the ability to enter codes:-(

Use SwiftKey and replace the stock keyboard.
