Samsung Galaxy S7 hardly feels or looks like a phone

I'm so frustrated with the recent warranty service on my AT & T LG G4 that I went to look at the new Samsung. To me, it doesn't seem like a substantial enough device. Its so thin it felt like a credit card. I know it's a fine device and I'm just not used to something quite that slim, but my goodness...are most other flagship mobiles similar? The G4 is sleek but feels more substantial, to me. And I found the metal on the S7 singularly unattractive. I know it's a great phone and these are superficial issues. But maybe I should reactive my Palm Pre.

I know it's totally subjective.

The S7 is so slim though -- how thin can a phone get? They must be reaching the limit. What's next?

It's 1mm thicker than the S6, though.
