Samsung Galaxy S8 audio over bluetooth eraphone is noisy and choppy

I am a Galaxy S8 user for almost a year. Today, I bought an Optoma NU FORCE BE2 bluetooth earphone. This bluetooth earphone pairs and connects to the phone but the audio quality is extremely bad. The audio output at the earphone is noisy, choppy and broken.

My initial thought was the bluetooth earphone is faulty. Then verified with my wife's iPhone, the sound is more than crystal clear on iPhone.

Could you please suggest, if there is any way to fix the issue ? I still believe Samsung Galaxy is one of the leading edge phones in the market.

If the Bluetooth signal is going through your body, it doesn't work. (35 feet in open air, but 2 feet through a human body is too much.) So make sure that the path between the receiver (that bulge in the cable) isn't positioned so that the signal has to go through your body.
