Samsung Galaxy S8 connected to Bluetooth on car

When I call or get a call they can hear me but I cannot hear them. I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 and I have a Galaxy 7 and it worked fine

When you get a call, does your BT Radio 'kick in' (as in music is muted and screen changes to phone call on your car's system)? Do you have issues playing music over BT on your car? Have you checked that the call volume in your phone is set to high when connected to BT (you can change that level and it will stay to whatever you set up last for each device...so if you accidentally set the volume to the lowest setting you might not be able to actually hear anything through the speakers). Do you have issues with calls without BT or with any other BT devices like a headset?
