Samsung Galaxy S8+ : Notification sounds without visual when screen is locked ?

I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S8+.

But there is a problem which I can't seems to solve.

When screen is not(!) locked - I do see visual notification + sound ( whatsapp for example - all notification are ON with `show content`).

Problem is that when phone is locked - I only hear(!) notification sound - but I don't see anything on the screen !

Later when I unlock the phone - I do see the notification. But I want to see it when phone is also locked !

The only alternative solution I've found is to install Headsup - notification APP.

Is there a way to see(!) notification when screen is locked ? ( not only sound)

Look on settings.. Lock screen and security...

I had a similar issue coming from iPhone. Download the app Screen Notifications. It should solve your problem.

Still all I hear is the sound ,not visual notification

Hmmm... Looks like you have all your settings where they should be...
Cache partition wipe and reboot would clear minor bugs, worth a try.
After that, if it's only whatsap, a chat with the devs, if it's all apps then I'm stumped.

How do I "cache partition wipe" ?

BTW do u also have s8 and you get notification s when screen is locked ???
