Samsung Galaxy S8 Says that server side has limited download size of emails to 0,5 KB

I got a new Samsung phone yesterday and I configured my organization email account on it. But it shows the error that that server side has limited download size of emails to 0.5 KB. Whereas our organization doesn't have Active sync policies to limit the email size download. Is there any issues between Exchange active sync and Samsung Galaxy S8
