Samsung Galaxy s9 Gallery app is broken..

Ever since the phone update and gallery update itself, didn't seem to solve it.. Maybe it caused it..

I do want to mention I think Samsung cloud is also interacting with it and causing issues..

This just started happening couple days ago..

BASICALLY if I take a picture on camera, and go to gallery and Move the picture to another folder, it doesn't even move it... It duplicates it..
Now, I can just delete the other pic from Camera folder right!?

NO.. It deletes both of them..

Then if I go to Samsung cloud trash, it takes a while to restore and sometimes it restored as just a grey picture with some symbol on the center...

I cannot move any of my damn pictures without it just duplicating, basically making my folders useless...

Any help is appreciated

It's samsung cloud doing that.
You can try this. Disconnect from Internet, or disable wifi and data, take a picture, then try to move it.
