Samsung Galaxy S9+ I keep seeing a white pop up message

Great phone. Really like it. But for the last week or so I've been seeing a white pop up message when I wake up the phone from sleep. The message disappears before I can read it, but it looks like the Bixby message I got when it was first set up. I disabled Bixby Home and I wonder if that could cause this.

The message goes away pretty quickly if I even touch the phone.

Are there any utilities that could track pop up messages or something else I could use to track this down?

I'm getting this too. I don't even have to touch the screen before it goes away. It just disappears when I open my case more.

Update. Was able to read that the title was "touch input blocked" but missed the rest of the message as it went away

Thanks this is helpful. It does this in my pocket which makes sense, I guess. Kind of annoying though.

I accidentally pressed cancel on my partners phone when i swipped to bixby the first time what would have been the cancel or ok box that popped up
