Samsung galaxy s9 plus need help with transferring

Hi there. I hope someone knows the answer here! :)
I've been stressing for days. I got a replacement phone from the warranty I paid for for my Samsung galaxy s9 plus. But, I was supposed to send back the broken phone within 15 days or I will be charged a non - refundable amount for it.
Anyway, my problem is that I have tried several different ways to transfer all of my things from my old phone to my new phone.
For some reason, no matter what I do, I still have videos showing up in my Gallery on my old phone. I have tried looking several times in my internal storage under my files in my old phone. And the videos that are showing up in my gallery are not anywhere to be found. ): There are also some pictures that didn't transfer to my new device.
I even went out and bought a spendy SanDisk micro sd card. Then had to go to the SanDisk website and they have you download an app from the play store to use the sd card.
I followed all the instructions in the app but it still won't transfer all of my photos and any of the videos from the gallery.
Does anyone know how to transfer the video from the gallery either to my new phone or to the sd card? Please? I am very grateful for any ideas! :)
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! Where are the videos from -- can you identify that? Are they videos you took with the Camera app, or videos you may have downloaded using a different app?

For any of those photos or videos, in the Gallery app, select the Info or Details option, which should tell you the actual directory pathname where the files are located. What does it say?
