Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT P7500 Charges very weird

Hi i have bought an Android Tablet with Honeycomb for my own Collection of devices android
The Problem is when turned on is market an X on the battery prevent from charge and says usb mtp mode while is not plugged on pc and is plugged on electric plug.The Charger is an Samsung Cable so what i would do?I have attached an picture that is also charge slowy 50% per 3 hours or 2 .

I've still got the original Note 10 tablet that uses that charger and mine began doing the same thing after a few years. The problem was the charger(part that plugs into the wall).

So if you haven't tried another charger that's the first step.

I have only one charger the cable bought with that tablet so i dont get the charger part that plug into the wall so i am not sure but the cable or plug charger are faulty after is charge i send pictures of the tablet's behavior

Considering how old the tablet is, the battery might also be shot.
