Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 - Battery Problems

When I charge, and use it like a second or three, it will become 100%. Then I will shut downl then open it, it will show up a different battery %, then like after using it for like after i got example -4%, it will shut down as that my true battery percent is only 4%. I think this problems are caused because I am always using my tablet when charging. Thanks to all who can answer my battery problems.

Turn the tablet off. Then charge it to 100%. See if it happens again.
Try different charger and or usb cable. Use the oem charger and cable if you are not using them.
If you still have a problem and are within warranty, I will exchange it.

Also check your battery usage and see what is causing such drain. Might be an app or just failed hardware.
