Samsung Galaxy tab 2 10.1

I got samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 havinh issue where says connected to wifi but not being able use internet and wjen i try clearin cache partion it says error.....why and how do i fix it

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or only certain ones? Are you sure the wi-fi you're connecting to is successfully connected to the web?
