samsung galaxy tab 3 connected to wifi strong signal but internet doesnt work on any apps

i have had this tab for over a year but suddenly none of my apps work like youtube googleplay ect.. with the internet but if i go on browser it works.i have tried to re-boot it using the volume button and power button but nothing happened and the connection is strong and i just have other tablets and they all work but this one doesn't
